How It Works
1. Create your group
Sign up for a free account and create a group for your pickup game. Give it a name like "Saturday Hoops" or "Sunday Soccer" — that's it.
2. Set your game details
Tell us where you play, what day, and what time. We'll automatically send an email to your players a couple days before each game asking if they're in or out.
3. Add your players
Add players by name and email, or share an invite link and let them sign up themselves. No app download needed — everything works through email.
4. Everyone gets the email
Each player gets a simple email with two buttons: "Yes, I'm in" or "Can't make it." One tap and they're done. No login, no app, no group chat to scroll through.
5. See who's coming
Your group gets a live page that shows who's in, who's out, and who hasn't responded yet. It even shows the weather forecast so everyone knows what to expect. Share the link in your group chat so anyone can check the headcount.
6. Reminders before game time
We send reminder emails before the game (you choose when — 24 hours, 12 hours, 1 hour, whatever you want). Each reminder shows the current headcount so everyone knows the status.
